Price: From $0.25 per sq. ft. This is our mandatory "Baseline" clean for all new clients. It is a top-to-bottom remediation designed to restore your indoor air quality and surface hygiene.
The "Deep" Checklist:
Abatement-Grade Dusting: Detailed cleaning of air vents, ceiling fans, and high-reach wall corners.
Heavy Biotech Degreasing: Full exterior and top-surface detailing of kitchen appliances (stove, hood vent, fridge).
Baseboard & Track Restoration: Deep scrubbing of all baseboards and sliding door/window tracks.
Cabinet Detailing: Wiping of all cabinet exteriors and handles (interior optional).
Bathroom Sanitization: Deep scrub of grout, descaling of shower heads, and medical-grade toilet disinfection.
Particulate Removal: vacuuming of all floors and edges.
Level 2: The Standard Maintenance
Price: From $0.15 per sq. ft. Once your home has been "Reset," this recurring service keeps your space at a hospital-grade standard. Available weekly or bi-weekly.

Essential Dusting: Dusting of all primary surfaces (TV stands, tables, shelves).
Bathroom Refresh: Standard cleaning of toilets, sinks, and mirrors.
Kitchen Refresh: Exterior wipe-down of primary appliances and sink.
Trash & Recycling: Emptying of primary bins.

Our highest level of intervention. Designed for properties facing extreme neglect, heavy nicotine saturation, or high bio-load accumulation. We utilize molecular extraction techniques and hospital-grade, non-toxic solutions to physically remove toxins from surfaces. This isn't a surface clean—it's a property rescue that restores air quality and surface integrity without the need for costly renovations.
Note: Rates are based on standard property conditions. Heavily soiled or 'disaster' cleans may require a custom quote after an initial walkthrough. A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking date.
