To maintain our signature clinical luxury standard, all flat-rate packages are assessed against property dimensions and baseline soil conditions upon arrival. Properties exceeding maximum square-footage caps or displaying severe historical accumulation will be seamlessly adjusted to the corresponding restoration tier to protect our standard of excellence.
